Seacliff Organics Super Bloom (makes liquid)

A micronised soluble bloom fertiliser powder that makes a liquid feed or foliar spray for fruiting and flowering plants. It combines minerals, amino acids, fulvic acid, coconut water and a Bacillus culture, and suits living soil, coco and hydroponic growing.

At a glance

  • Type: fertiliser blend (soluble powder, makes a liquid feed)
  • Analysis: NPK = 3.1 - 11.0 - 4.4 (N, P2O5, K2O); elemental 3.1 - 4.8 - 3.7, calculated from the recipe
  • Use for: liquid feed or foliar spray on plants in flower, in living soil, coco or hydroponics
  • Rate: 1.5 to 2 teaspoons per 5 litres of water, 1 to 2 times per week (living soil)

What it is

Made by Seacliff Organics in Otago. The batch recipe (59.6 kg) is micronised soft rock phosphate, fulvic acid, amino acids, potassium sulphate, magnesium sulphate, chelated trace minerals (Biomin Booster V), Biomin manganese, water soluble gypsum, coconut water powder and a Bacillus spore culture. It contains no guano.

What it does

  • Phosphorus and calcium from micronised soft rock phosphate and soluble gypsum, for flowering and fruit.
  • Potassium, magnesium and sulphur from potassium sulphate, potassium silicate and magnesium sulphate.
  • Amino acids as a fast nitrogen source the plant can take up as it is.
  • Fulvic acid, which grips iron, zinc and other metals and keeps them in solution for the root.
  • Chelated trace elements, kelp and coconut water powder as biostimulants, and a live microbe culture.

Analysis

Typical analysis, % by weight:

  • Nitrogen (N) 3.1%
  • Phosphorus 11.0% as P2O5 (4.8% elemental P)
  • Potassium 4.4% as K2O (3.7% elemental K)
  • Calcium (Ca) 9.9%
  • Magnesium (Mg) 1.1%
  • Sulphur (S) 3.7%
  • Iron (Fe) 900 mg/kg
  • Manganese (Mn) 0.12%
  • Zinc (Zn) 0.13%
  • Copper (Cu) 500 mg/kg
  • Boron (B) 500 mg/kg
  • Molybdenum (Mo) 200 mg/kg

Calculated from the batch recipe sheet and the ingredient certificates on file (14 October 2026). A laboratory analysis of the finished blend will differ a little from these figures.

How to use

  • Living soil: 1.5 to 2 teaspoons per 5 litres of water as a soil drench or foliar spray, or 1 to 2 cups per 200 litres, 1 to 2 times per week.
  • Living soil, field rate: 2.5 to 3.5 kg per hectare.
  • Hydroponics and coco: 1.5 to 2 tablespoons per 5 litres of water in every watering.

Watch out

Micronised minerals settle: stir the mix before and during use and rinse sprayer nozzles afterwards. For foliar use, spray both sides of the leaf with the lights off or out of direct sun. Start at the low rate.
