We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-4 business days after receiving it. In the event this is longer we will notify you via email.
We use Courier Post Express with an overnight delivery target for main centers, and 2-3 business days for rural areas, and Courier Post Economy with a delivery target of 2-3 days for main centers and 3-5 days for rural. Both these services are tracked.
We use Mainfreight for bulk shipments and to reduce rates for freight going to the North Island and areas in the South Island excluding Otago. For South Island shipments the delivery target is 2-3 working days. For shipments to the North Island delivery times are 3-7 days. Please note: a rural delivery fee may be incurred, to avoid any hold ups please contact store@seaclifforganics.nz before placing your order.
All other delivery times are an estimate, quite often orders are delivered well before the expected delivery date. Note that on occasion, orders are unfortunately delayed. In the case that this happens, we will endeavor to inform the customer as soon as possible.
Tracking numbers are automatically generated once your order has been packed, you will receive an email when this happens. The tracking number won't be 'live' and functioning until the courier picks up your package from our dispatch team at around 4pm Monday-Friday.
We reserve the right to alter shipping methods requested if required (ie: mistakes, wrong method selected, or above certain values will have to be Signature Required). Public holidays and other seasonal demands may alter delivery times - tracking information is available for all shipments, simply request tracking information by email to store@seaclifforganics.nz, include your order number and name used to order.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavors to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
