Alfalfa/Lucerne Meal - grown on an Organic farm

plant fertiliser/ biostimulant that enriches and helps rebuild soil

NPK = 3 - 1 - 2 (estimated)

Alfalfa Meal (know as lucerne in NZ) is an organic bio stimulant made from ground up Lucerne plants. It’s great at replenishing worn out soils when used as a soil amendment, and can also be used as an accelerant in compost piles.

Beware of non-organic Alfalfa products as these are grown with heavy amounts of pesticides/ herbicides and will destroy your microbiome.

Seasonal planting can take a toll on your garden. As most crops grow they take up valuable elements and minerals from the soil, depleting it of resources and making it less fertile over time.

Alfalfa Meal can help restore soil and bring back its full growing potential. With a unique 3-1-2 ratio, Alfalfa Meal is an all natural, organic fertiliser that replenishes sugar, starches, and proteins that help keep your plants growing healthy and strong.

Triacontanol is a naturally occurring saturated primary alcohol, first identified in alfalfa hay, that affects many physio-biochemical processes in different crop plants. It is a well-known plant growth-promoting substance that enhances growth when applied exogenously at relatively low concentrations to most crops.
Many
 researchers have reported the TRIA-mediated improvement in growth, yield, photosynthesis, protein synthesis, uptake of water and nutrients, nitrogen-fixation, enzymes activities and contents of free amino acids, reducing sugars, soluble protein, and active constituents of essential oil in various crops. Expectedly, TRIA enhances the physiological efficiency of the cells and thus exploits the genetic potential of plant to a large extent.
