Flaxseed (Linseed) meal is a slow-release nitrogen fertiliser which is typically 4.8 - 5.7%. nitrogen with high amounts of protein. The high protein content is also a great source of nutrition for microbes and beneficial bacteria in your soil.
Recommended Usage:

Apply 1/4-1/2 cup per plant (37g -75g)
Established Gardens
Apply 500g/m2 and mix into soil (3 1/3 cup)
